Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Practices

At inexah Wellness, Yoga Nidra is a style of meditation which explores the layers (or Koshas) of our being, including the physical body, the prana (energetic or vital life force), the mind (thoughts and emotions), the intuitive (wisdom), and the unity (or connection) layer. The client or group will be gently guided through each stage of the meditation, from exploring an intention to identifying an action for living the intention. Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yoga sleep” is deeply restorative for the body, brain and nervous system, as well as instrumental in discovering purpose, and greater unification among relationships and communities.

Yoga Nidra and guided meditation, mindfulness and/or breathing practices may be scheduled as stand-alone sessions or integrated with other practices. Additional fees may be applied, depending on the length of the visit and the complexity of the service combinations. Payment collected at time of service.
